Pre-screen and tracker

Rating whole statements, ranking by over-billing, grouping by cause, and tracking disputes to credit.

Pre-screen

Input: a carrier statement or a batch of invoices. Each line is rated against the governing contract using the invoice's own dates (no shipment documents needed yet). Output: lines ranked by invoiced minus computed, grouped by probable cause — tariff-rated, holiday counted, wrong tier, wrong type band, clock-start, duplicate, not our container.

Cost: 0.1 file per line. Opening a full file for a line is 1 file (its pre-screen cost is credited).

Thresholds

Set a minimum difference below which lines are shown but not recommended. Desks typically start at USD 50–100 and lower it once the workflow is fast.

Tracker

Columns: shipment, container, carrier, invoice, cause, amount disputed, status (draft / sent / acknowledged / credited / rejected / closed), dates, credit reference, owner. Statuses update manually or when a credit note or carrier reply is uploaded.

Reports

  • Recovery by carrier, lane and cause (period selectable)
  • Days-to-credit by carrier
  • Accrual schedule: open disputes by status with historical recovery rate per cause
  • Shipper report in your template

Branch roll-up

On Network and Enterprise, branch workspaces roll up into one tracker and report set; carrier contacts and templates are shared.

D&D Pilot is in early access.

We are onboarding a small number of design partners with real documents and real deadlines. Tell us what you work on and we will set up a workspace with your material.
