Getting started
From agreement to first dispute in about a week: workspace, contracts, first invoices, pre-screen, first files sent.
Before you start
An early-access agreement (or Marketplace subscription once listed); one person who owns the workspace; one carrier's service contract and one month of its D&D invoices.
1. Workspace
One workspace per office (Desk) or per branch under a network (Network/Enterprise). Set your company's role on shipments (forwarder, 3PL, shipper's audit desk), default currency, and the port holiday calendars you work with. Invite users: clerk, analyst, approver.
2. Contracts and tariffs
Upload each carrier's service contract and the public tariff for the lanes you use. The agent indexes free-time clauses, clock-start rules, combined/separate D&D, rate tiers, type bands, exclusions and validity dates. You confirm the index once per contract.
3. Letter templates
Templates for the major ocean carriers are provided (portal fields, email format, attachment order). Add your own or edit ours.
4. First invoices
Forward or upload one carrier's month of invoices or its monthly statement. The pre-screen rates every line against the governing contract and ranks over-billed lines by amount, grouped by cause.
5. First dispute files
Open full files for the lines you choose. Upload or forward the shipment documents the file asks for (B/L, EIR, events, emails). Review the timeline, the clause check and the letter; attach missing evidence; send from the carrier's portal or your mail client.
6. Replies
Forward carrier replies to the workspace. Second-round letters are drafted; credits are matched to disputes when the credit note is uploaded.
What to expect in early access
Some capabilities on this site describe designed behaviour not yet live. The workspace shows what is enabled; the changelog records changes.
