Terminal screenshot is the only record of a gate event

The terminal portal does not export history; the clerk took a screenshot on the day. Months later it is the only evidence of the gate-out time.

What the agent does

  1. OCR the screenshot and extract container number, event and timestamp
  2. Check the container number matches the invoice
  3. Attach the screenshot as evidence with the extracted fields and a note on its provenance

What you get back

Event added to the timeline from the screenshot with a provenance note; letter draft references it.

Boundaries

A screenshot is weaker evidence than an EDI event or EIR; the agent says so in the file rather than presenting it as equal.
