Empty returned but depot did not record it

The trucker returned the empty on 12 September; the depot's system shows receipt on 15 September. Three days of detention are billed.

What the agent does

  1. Find the trucker's EIR for the empty return and the dispatch record
  2. Compare with the depot timestamp used on the invoice
  3. Cite the EIR as proof of return and draft the request to correct the depot record

What you get back
