A monthly D&D statement from one carrier has 212 lines. The desk can dispute perhaps thirty.

What the agent does

  1. Rate every line against the contract: free time, rate band, tier, calendar
  2. Flag lines where the invoiced amount exceeds the computed amount, ranked by the difference
  3. Group by probable cause to batch the disputes

What you get back

A ranked pre-screen: 41 lines over-billed totalling USD 9,840; top causes tariff-rated (18), holidays counted (12), wrong tier (7). Full dispute files opened for the ones you pick.
